By accessing, registering on, or using the ah888 platform — including its website, mobile application, games, payment services, and any associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of ah888 following any update or amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

To register and use ah888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Members.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ah888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from ah888 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) ah888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. ah888 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

ah888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account registration and use of ah888 is free of charge. ah888 will never charge a fee for creating or maintaining a standard Member account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ah888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify ah888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ah888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ah888 strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Philippine mobile number. 2FA provides an additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.

ah888 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from ah888 that requests your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

All deposits and withdrawals on ah888 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ah888 supports the following payment methods for Filipino Members: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at ah888's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ah888 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ah888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ah888 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may vary depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• ah888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• ah888 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that are suspected to involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

ah888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• ah888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: ah888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers. Any Member found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

Each game available on ah888 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

ah888 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and fair. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ah888's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. ah888's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, ah888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Member's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must submit a formal dispute to our support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. ah888 will review all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ah888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ah888 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ah888 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account or using another person's account.

ah888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to our Members seriously.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ah888 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your net gaming activity during the current session.

Members who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering new accounts or using another person's account. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ah888 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from ah888.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any ah888 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of ah888's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact our support team with full details of your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the platform.
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage caused by events beyond ah888's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

ah888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ah888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ah888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ah888 will notify Members by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of ah888 following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ah888 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Members acknowledge that PAGCOR's regulations and guidelines form part of the legal context within which these Terms & Conditions operate.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
